Job Summary
Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team in Faribault, MN. This role focuses on providing evidence‑based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment planning for adults in a structured outpatient treatment setting.
Key Position DetailsAs a Mental Health Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LICSW or LPCC), you’ll perform mental health diagnostic assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy within established programs. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating care with community providers, and supporting patients through their course of care. For Intermediate Care Programs, practice aligns with CMS, MN DHS Manuals, and MN
* 245I standards. This role offers a $5,000 retention bonus.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Perform mental health diagnostic assessments per regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patient and family input.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy aligned with clinical goals.
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
- Ensure compliance with CMS

* 245I documentation requirements. - Offer clinical supervision for Mental Health Practitioners when applicable.
- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work, or counseling‑related field.
- MN licensure as LMFT
, LICSW
, LPCC
, or Licensed Psychologist upon hire. - MN DHS Mental Health Professional qualifications per MN

- 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association, Red Cross, or Allina in‑house within 180 days).
- Suicide prevention training within 90 days of hire.
Sedentary: lifting up to 10 lbs occasionally.
Pay RangePay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
