Full-Time Compensation: $95,000–$109,000 annually

What You'll Do Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations in patients' homes. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on meaningful functional outcomes. Provide evidence-based interventions for communication, cognition, and dysphagia. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members to promote long-term success. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record.

What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Passion for helping patients regain independence and confidence. Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills. Home health experience is welcomed but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
