Job Purpose: Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, and we are recruiting a Custodian based at our Faribault, MN office. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and supports the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.

• Ensure bathrooms are clean: empty trash bins, disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels and other supplies.
• Wipe down break‑room tables, chairs, countertops and appliances. In office areas, wipe down flat surfaces (desks and tables) and high‑touch points such as doors, handles and light switches.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum main areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins in the office, break‑room and bathrooms within the facility.
• Restock napkins, utensils, coffee machines and other food supplies as needed.
• Maintain hallways, entryways, computer areas and locker rooms by ensuring they are clean and disinfected.
• Ensure all common areas are tidy for the next shift.
• Spot clean any reported spills or messes.
• Restock supplies for the next shift.
• Notify manager of any broken fixtures, leaks or supply shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 year of experience cleaning and/or working in a manufacturing environment.
• Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending and reaching required.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test.
• Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, including eye, hand, feet and hearing protection.
• Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.
