Position Summary...
What you'll do:As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they’re done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. In this role you’ll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track, and embrace the required travel.

- Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross‑functional teams.
Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.
Travel:- Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time.
- Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. The associate will be based out of a home store but may travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area, OR 3 years’ experience in the same fields.
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management – Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute).
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring belonging awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, utilizing the Open‑Door Policy, and providing guidance on applying these in business processes.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
