This is a full-time, on-site Controls Technician role located in Faribault, MN. The Controls Technician will perform day-to-day system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration. The role includes maintaining electrical controls and instrumentation systems, while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency. The technician will collaborate with other team members to address issues and optimize processes, contributing to the company’s high operational standards.

• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving system- or equipment-related issues effectively
• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure operational readiness of equipment
• Knowledge of Instrumentation and Calibration for system accuracy and performance
• Understanding of Electricity and related control systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing setting is a plus
• An associate degree or relevant certification in electrical, automation, or controls technology is preferred
