• Operate and monitor coating line systems (gas, power, vacuum, and drive systems)
• Adjust process settings to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform equipment checks, calibrations, and basic troubleshooting
• Use computers to track production data and maintain records
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Work with your team to support production goals

• Have manufacturing or mechanical experience
• Have computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Are detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
• Are comfortable working with equipment and technology

• Experience with vacuum systems or process control
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment

• Fast‑paced work with moving equipment
• Noise and varying temperatures
• Physically active role (standing, walking, lifting)

The position routinely requires verbal and written communication in English to complete the daily business requirements. Verbal communications include, but are not limited to: team meetings, work instructions to team members, presentations to management or customers, project meetings with peers and management, and safety instructions and training. Written communications include, but are not limited to: department paperwork, project updates, safety walkthroughs, purchase orders, continuous improvement projects, and communications with peers, customers, and management.
