Starting Wage : $32.26 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift : 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday - Sunday. Some overtime may be required.

Monitors production activities to eliminate delays and ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules

Fills in for absenteeism to conduct day to day unit assembly and operations

Assists in carrying out production objectives at the lowest cost, consistent with the organization's quality requirements

Assures safety and product quality while improving production procedures

Coordinates work flow with the various departments and incoming materials

Reports damaged and defective equipment to maintenance

Trains other employees in day to day procedures

Maintains quality/quantity standards regarding output

Analyzes work orders to estimate work alignment and unit options

Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties

Plans flow of materials through department according to work orders

Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications

Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules

Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product

Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew Consistently and effectively communicates with supervision and management

Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems

Maintains time and production records

All other duties as assigned

Your

Qualifications:

The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.

The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
