Shift: Weekend - 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday - Sunday, Some Overtime Required.

- Identify unit options using bill of materials to complete required sub assemblies per unit.
- Complete assembly of unit options to support production standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and follow wiring schematics.
- Complete company‑provided wiring training and achieve certification.
- Ensure sub‑assembly is staged and completed for efficient final assembly on production line.
- Use production support tools effectively (e.g., VKS, AMS).
- Train new members on machines, procedures, safe work practices, and other relevant safety, quality, and production items.
- Maintain the 5S program to ensure a clean work area.
- Follow and understand HOMESafe, Personal Choice, and company safety manual requirements.
- Identify and rework defective work pieces to comply with quality standards.
- Read and interpret blue‑prints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements.
- Use hand tools.
- Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks) and obtain a PIT license.
- Obtain certification in leak testing, vacuum, and charge.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for the majority of the shift, and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
- Ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- High School Education/GED or minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
