Compensation & Schedule

Starting Wage: $27.64 - $30.37 per hour + $2.30 shift differential.

Shift: 1st – 5:48am - 4:18pm Monday - Thursday
2nd – 4:48pm - 3:18am Monday - Thursday
WKND – 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday - Sunday

All shifts may require additional overtime.

• Build rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts.
• Perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit‑up, and final assembly.
• Use a computer for assembly drawings.
• Perform a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.
• Perform 5S procedures.
• Takes part in the training process for all new team members.
• Provide input regarding the performance of new team members.
• Participate with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams.
• Work with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED or minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
