Job Title

Hours:
6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday (Friday as needed) Benefits:

Job requirements:
Faribault manufacturing facility designs, builds, and ships North Star and Powerhorse products—such as generators, pressure washers, air compressors, water pumps, log splitters, and more. Employees here gain hands-on experience in a high-quality production environment with opportunities for growth across assembly, machine operation, welding, and more.
- Operate assembly or machine equipment to build products according to quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals within a safe, fast-paced setting.
- Assist across departments (e.g., assembly, welding, or press operations) as needed based on workflow priorities.
