Perform TIG welding on aluminum components to produce high-quality, precise welds

Prepare materials by cleaning and removing contaminants prior to welding

Inspect aluminum materials and completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

Set up and adjust welding equipment, including torch settings, gas flow, and amperage

Execute various welding joint configurations based on engineering specifications

Monitor production workflow and document production data and reports in systems

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production and meet timelines

Maintain welding tools and equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting

Experience in TIG and MIG welding processes in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in TIG welding techniques, especially on aluminum materials

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings

Experience with different grades of aluminum and related welding requirements

High school diploma required with technical training preferred

Ability to perform basic math for measurements, reporting, and material tracking

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical tasks such as standing and bending

Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English and follow safety and PPE requirements
