The Paint Line Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, inspecting, and manually touching up metal parts throughout the powder coating process. This position ensures finished products meet company quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The Paint Line Operator works closely with production team members to meet daily manufacturing goals and support overall plant operations.

• Load and unload metal parts onto and off of the automated paint conveyor line.
• Perform manual touch-up painting using paint guns to ensure complete and consistent powder coat coverage.
• Inspect painted parts for defects, missed areas, and overall quality.
• Count and document completed products throughout the production shift.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Assist in other production departments, including assembly, as production demands require.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete daily production reports and work cards accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, and quality problems to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
