Operate on an assembly line packaging bleu cheese into 2–5 oz portion containers according to production requirements;
Place bleu cheese into containers and send them down the line for weighing to ensure each portion meets the correct weight;
Apply lids and labels to containers accurately and consistently as products move through the line;
Pack finished, labeled containers into boxes for shipment, following established packing and stacking procedures;
Rotate between different positions on the line approximately every two hours while maintaining productivity and focus
