1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00AM–3:30PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Coordinators for a manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate material handling to support production needs and maintain process standards. What You’ll Do as a Material Coordinator:

Ensure timely and accurate material handling delivery for production stakeholders
Define, improve, and uphold process standards
Execute material transactions using Epicor (ERP)
Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Operate powered industrial vehicles within the plant
Organize and restock warehouse areas
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Material Coordinator Role:

High school diploma
Ability to read instructions and safely operate machines
2+ years of material handling experience in manufacturing OR proven knowledge of best practices
Experience using an ERP system
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend/reach frequently
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Must adhere to PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, and hearing protection)
