Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Materials Coordinators for a manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate material handling to support production needs and maintain process standards. What You’ll Do as a Materials Coordinator:

• Ensure timely and accurate material handling delivery for production stakeholders
• Define, improve, and uphold process standards
• Execute material transactions using Epicor (ERP)
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operate powered industrial vehicles within the plant
• Organize and restock warehouse areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator Role:

• High school diploma
• Ability to read instructions and safely operate machines
• 2+ years of material handling experience in manufacturing OR proven knowledge of best practices
• Experience using an ERP system
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend/reach frequently
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must adhere to PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, and hearing protection)
