Machine Setup & Operation:
Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment, including CNC mills, manual lathes, drill presses, end mills, and laser welders;
Programming & Technical Execution:
Load and modify CNC programs using G and M code as needed;
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine setup, tooling, and machining requirements;
Quality Control:
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and ensure components meet tolerances;
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and identify/resolving machining issues such as tool wear or equipment malfunctions;
Documentation & Reporting:
Accurately document production data, machine settings, and maintenance activity; complete daily production reports
