Join our Women’s Health team at our Faribault and Owatonna Clinic and delivery services at Owatonna Hospital. Our providers deliver exceptional, whole-person care for women in a diverse regional community setting. Our services include dedicated multi-specialty medical staff, obstetrical care, newborn care, and gynecology.

Our Women’s Health Clinical Service Line works to provide world class care, outcomes and experiences for the combined services of mothers, babies and families.

• Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
• Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Health
• Integrative and Holistic Medicine
• Perinatal Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• Preventive Care and Wellness Services
• Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Support in Urogynecology

• Seven labor and delivery sites with 11,713 + deliveries/year
• 45 OB/GYNs, 28 OB/OBGYN Hospitalists, 20+ CNMs, 15 MFM specialists, Urogynecology
• Nursing support for triage, prescription refills, initial OB intakes, in basket help
• Pap hub for pap result management and communication for entire Allina system
• After-hours answering service
• Work-life balance

• Certified Nurse Midwife provides full spectrum women’s health care in a clinic setting including prenatal care, post-partum visits, family planning and office gynecology services
• Clinic time split between Owatonna and Faribault Women’s Health clinics
• Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive OB/Gyn and collaborative primary care physicians
• Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.
• Professional Liability insurance including tail
• Clinic Only

• Bachelor’s degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing
• Formal education as Nurse practitioner

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
• Certified Nurse Midwife - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire

Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
• Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

• 1 year of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
• Master’s degree In nursing or related field

Medium Work*:
Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay Range: $130,000 to $145,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
