We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor – Fabrication for our Faribault, MN facility. This role plays a critical part in achieving strategic objectives and advancing Trystar’s mission as a leading custom solution provider.

- Lead a team of fabrication associates to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily team activities, workload distribution, and overtime authorization.
- Ensure quality control of cable processes and conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain accurate production records in Epicor and document issues.
- Provide coaching, training, and development for team members.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and provide personal protective equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and waste elimination.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with safety audits and training program implementation.
- Support hourly associates with mentoring and problem solving.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, continuously improving production setting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- At least two years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Word, Excel, and MRP transactions (Epicor preferred).
- Excellent people skills with proven supervisory, coaching, and training abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for Trystar and commitment to achieving growth and performance metrics.
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish a plus.
