Automotive Sales Consultant

Harry Brows LLC, partnering with Heuser & Heuser, LLP, seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to support clients facing vehicle-related challenges after accidents. In this client-first, collaborative environment, you will guide individuals through selecting appropriate automotive solutions, from replacement vehicles to protection plans, aligned with their legal and insurance situations. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored options, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring exceptional service.

You will work closely with legal and support teams, gain exposure to personal injury processes, and contribute to community-focused outreach.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand automotive needs related to accidents, insurance, or vehicle replacement
• Present appropriate automotive service and solution options clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to align sales recommendations with clients' legal strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities in CRM tools
• Manage a sales pipeline, from lead qualification through closing and post-sale follow-up
• Educate clients on available financing, warranties, and protection plans
• Provide high-quality customer service and rapid response to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to generate qualified leads
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion goals
• Continuously build product, market, and legal-process knowledge to better advise clients
