Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and grow strong long-term relationships across our regional accounts. In this mobile, field-based role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, driving customer satisfaction, resolving service inquiries, and identifying account expansion opportunities during regular site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
  Conduct regular in-person site visits, check-ins, and drop-in meetings to build trust, assess client needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Account Growth:
  Identify upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities within existing accounts; assist with contract renewals as needed.
• Issue Resolution & Support:
  Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operational teams (including route service personnel) to deliver fast, effective solutions.
• Proactive Communication:
  Inform clients of new product offerings, service enhancements, and upgrades; gather feedback to drive internal service improvements.
• Activity Tracking:
  Maintain daily logs of client interactions, field visits, schedules, and account leads using Microsoft Office and internal CRM tools.

Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in territory account management, field sales, or advanced B2B client management.
• Ability to cover key client locations across South Central and southeastern MN, including Gaylord, Waseca, Albert Lea, Dodge Center, Hastings, Red Wing, and Lakeville.
• Willingness and ability to spend 70%???80% of working hours in the field conducting site visits.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook; comfortable learning and logging activity in CRM software.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk facility sites, step, climb, bend, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs as required during site visits.
