Maintenance Technician

This Full-Time, hands-on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical assets of multi-family housing properties.
Day-to-day Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Building systems maintenance
• Unit repairs and reconditioning
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing work
• Minor electrical work
• Grounds care and snow removal

• Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Available for after-hours emergencies as needed

Salary: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
