The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivering repair services to equipment at customer locations, maintaining parts and equipment inventory, and managing preventative maintenance schedules.
Diagnose equipment and complete necessary repairs at customer locations.- Repair equipment (coffee, juice, dishwasher, laundry, etc.)
- Accurate and timely documentation and record keeping (EMP)
- Training/testing for knowledge and proficiency
- Update and maintain equipment to good working order.
- Perform proper preventative maintenance.
- Document parts used on equipment to assist in inventory control.
- Responsible for van being clean and organized.
- 100% safety record in both daily work and driving.
- Coachable with corrective action if needed.
- Communicate all safety concerns to Service Manager.
- Legendary customer service, courteous and professional – proper uniform.
- Respectful during all interactions, part of the solution.
- Positive attitude, willingness to help others.
