Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, representing the Martin Bros. brand with professionalism, and providing outstanding customer service. This position offers the opportunity to be home daily, work a consistent weekday schedule, and be part of a supportive team environment.

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
• Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries, placing products in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely during deliveries.
• Handle credits and returns as directed, and perform collections when required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and the Transportation office regarding delivery updates or issues.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain ELD logs in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Evaluate delivery sites for safety and adhere to all applicable driving laws and company safety standards.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to work early morning shifts, typically starting between 2:00 – 4:00 AM.
• Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts, averaging 50–55 hours per week.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to lift, stack, and move products as required for deliveries.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Average total compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

• No weekends – Monday through Friday schedule
