About the Role
SGT University is looking for a Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for students, parents, visitors, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area efficiently.
Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and guests.
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department or person.
Provide accurate information regarding the university and guide visitors as required.
Maintain visitor records and other front-office documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle routine administrative and front-office tasks.
Maintain a professional and organized reception environment.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Professional, presentable, and courteous personality.
Prior experience in front office, reception, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.
