At PINQ POLKA, we’re building a bold, unapologetic brand in women’s intimate wellness and lifestyle essentials. We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and speed—and is excited to work with AI-powered design tools to push boundaries.

✨ What You’ll Do

- Design high-impact creatives for digital platforms: website, marketplaces, social media, ads, emails, and brand campaigns
- Create performance-driven creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon & Quick Commerce platforms
- Work closely with marketing, performance, e-commerce, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Design product packaging, inserts, banners, brochures, and offline collaterals
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Use AI tools to enhance speed, creativity, and experimentation (concepting, backgrounds, edits, mockups, etc.)
- Handle multiple projects with fast turnaround times in a startup environment

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer (D2C / lifestyle / fashion / beauty experience is a plus)
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
- Mandatory exposure to AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, DALL
· E, Canva AI, Runway, etc.
- Good understanding of social media trends, ad creatives, and consumer psychology
- Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and composition
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Bonus If You Have

- Experience working with e-commerce brands or marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
- Interest in AI, automation, and new-age creative tools
- A portfolio that shows versatility + performance-led design
