Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and premium customer experience for all walk-in clients and visitors at the BPTP Sales Gallery. The role involves guest handling, front office management, hospitality coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the gallery.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Handling & Hospitality
Welcome and greet all visitors, customers, and channel partners in a courteous and professional manner.
Ensure seamless guest experience and maintain hospitality standards at the sales gallery.
Coordinate refreshments and lounge hospitality for clients and VIP visitors.
Maintain visitor records and customer footfall data.
Front Office & Reception Management
Manage front desk operations efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct visitors appropriately.
Ensure proper meeting room coordination and scheduling.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards of the reception and waiting areas.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and visit management.
Support during events, launches, site visits, and promotional activities at the gallery.
Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain daily reports related to visitors and hospitality.
Ensure availability of hospitality and office supplies.
Assist in maintaining SOPs and service standards at the sales gallery.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Hospitality, Front Office, or Customer Service preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in Front Office, Airlines/Aviation, Hospitality, Customer Relations or Guest Handling.
Experience in real estate sales galleries, Flight/cabin crew, hotels, clubs, or premium customer-facing environments preferred.
