Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Revenue Manager/Revenue Manager based in Faridabad. Reporting to the General Manager – Revenue Management, this role will support the Revenue Management team in driving pricing strategy, distribution performance, reporting, forecasting, and market analysis across the CLLIX portfolio. The position will play a key role in maximising revenue, market share, and overall commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily pricing and revenue optimisation strategies

· Analyse hotel performance, market trends, and channel production

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and insights

· Conduct STR and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

· Support forecasting, budgeting, and promotional campaign analysis

· Manage and monitor OTA and distribution channel performance

· Assist with rate loading, room type setup, and inventory management

· Work closely with hotel operations, distribution, and commercial teams

· Support RMS Cloud and other revenue/distribution systems as required

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management

· Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

· Willingness to work in Australian business hours

· Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

· Experience with hotel PMS and channel management systems

· Knowledge of RMS Cloud, Site Minder, Rate Gain, STAAH or Sabre is highly regarded

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Hospitality, Tourism, or Business qualification preferred
