Academy Manager

Job Summary
The Academy Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operations, and development of the Manav Rachna Sports Academy. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing athlete development programs, managing staff, and contributing to the academy’s growth, outreach, and excellence in sports training.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the sports academy, including scheduling, staffing, and facility utilization.
Manage and supervise coaches, trainers, and support staff.
Develop and implement athlete development programs and academy expansion strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments for marketing, finance, and administration.
Maintain high standards of athlete experience, safety, and training quality.
Monitor academy performance metrics, enrollment targets, and retention.
Organize tournaments, camps and workshops.
Qualifications
MBA or Master’s Degree in Sports Management
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sports academy management, sports operations, or similar role.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic planning and execution capability
Knowledge of sports training environments and athlete development
Salary
