Depot Manager

Malvern Tyres require a Branch Manager to run our depot in Faringdon Working from our depot in Faringdon your duties will include (but not limited to) Day to Day running of the depot, cash Handling, Good customer service skills, Good people skills, some Fitting & repairing tyres on cars & vans, Tyre repairs, inspections, Stock management, Checking & Accepting Delivery of Tyres, basic computer skills, able to work as part of a team, The following personal attributes are essential Full UK driving licence Experience in Tyre fitting, some management experience, Highly motivated & able to work on your own initiative, Flexible approach, Enthusiastic, Conscientious & Reliable Excellent communication skills Work well under pressure In return we can offer 40 hour working week over 6 days Competitive salary, Bonus 28 days holiday (including Bank holidays) Staff discount scheme At Malvern Tyres we don't have any alliance with any leading tyre manufacturer, which means we can offer our customers the widest range of tyres and unbiased advice.

This is a full-time permanent position Previous experience is essential. Applicant must be competent in all aspects of tyre fitting. Working to a high standard, fitting tyres and carrying out tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light commercial vehicles.

Must be reliable and able to work both independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking to meet deadlines. A proactive 'can do' approach is important and the ability to work on own initiative is essential. Friendly and approachable manner and able to deliver great customer service. Full clean driving licence required. Computer skills would be advantageous.
