Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite / Fridays remote)

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Dallas area seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full accounting cycle and wants to grow with an expanding company.

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple entities and/or locations
• Prepare and review monthly journal entries
• Lead month-end close activities and ensure deadlines are met
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with process improvements and accounting workflow enhancements
• Partner with internal teams to support accounting and financial operations
• Assist with audit preparation and required documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior Senior Accountant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Full-cycle accounting experience required
• Experience with month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities/locations preferred
• Exposure to multiple ERP systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
