A growing and well-established commercial concrete contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations and support continued growth. This position is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.

- Direct daily supervision of field labor crews and foremen
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspections
- Manage project schedules and manpower planning
- Monitor labor productivity, quantities, and material usage
- Maintain daily reports, concrete logs, and project documentation
- Review project drawings, RFIs, submittals, and specifications
- Coordinate site logistics and quality control activities
- Ensure compliance with all company and project safety requirements
- Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders
- Maintain strong working relationships with project teams and customers
- Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience
- Minimum 4 years of construction experience overall
- Experience supervising crews of 10+ employees
- Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction
- Experience with structural concrete, foundations, slab-on-grade, and reinforced concrete
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing schedules
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors and travel throughout the DFW area as needed
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Experience managing large commercial concrete projects
