Position Overview
Team Members at Jack in the Box are responsible for delivering excellent customer service by creating a friendly, customer‑oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service and troubleshoot guest concerns.
- Promote a positive, energetic atmosphere in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
- Maintain an accurate guest dining experience through error‑free service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs without assistance.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
- Minimum age 16 years or older.
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
