Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Screening & Identification Technician to support workforce screening and identification services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a client‑facing role that requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and a customer‑focused mindset in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, in‑person support to individuals at the facility and offsite client locations
- Perform screening and identification services in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately complete documentation and data entry using internal systems
- Prepare materials and documentation for secure processing and shipment
- Print, issue, and manage photo identification credentials
- Deliver onsite support services at client locations as scheduled
- Communicate effectively with internal teams via email, chat, and virtual meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to regularly open or close the facility during weekday business hours
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
