Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Respond to service requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Track, document, and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Provide updates regarding service status, facility work orders, and project timelines.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests from initiation through completion.
• Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Track work orders and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Maintain records related to facility services, inspections, and vendor contracts.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience working in a high volume call center environment.
• 2+ years of customer service, facilities coordination, office administration, or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing systems, or work order management platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Employment Type: 4+ month contract
• Compensation: $18-19.43/hr.
