Principal, Site Investigation and Remediation

Ideal job location:
Houston, TX (other locations in Texas will be considered).

As Principal, you will lead site investigation and remediation projects for contaminated media, real‑estate and brownfield redevelopment, hazardous waste sites, and compliance issues.

We seek a senior site solutions professional with existing client relationships who can advise clients, generate new business, and manage project delivery.

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and build client relationships.
• Manage projects, clients, staff, and navigate regulatory agency relations.
• Critically and strategically review and interpret project needs, local, state, and federal environmental regulations and communicate findings.
• Ensure project delivery, including site visits, preparation, and senior review of project deliverables.
• Serve as a role model to ensure the health, safety, and security of our people.

• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical preferred) or related environmental science discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting focusing on site investigation and remediation.
• Successful track record in business development.
• Relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.

Base salary range: $169,000 to $210,000 per year, plus potential bonus and comprehensive benefits.
