Aon is seeking a Finance professional to partner with regional leaders and Finance to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across North America.
You will develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, profitability and scenario planning, while delivering timely monthly reporting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 4+ years FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Workday or TM1, GAAP.
