Reporting to the Manager, Assignment and Lien Release, this position is responsible for securing, managing and processing essential documentation to support title clearing functions while ensuring compliance with statutory, state and regulatory requirements. This position facilitates the drafting, execution, recording and imaging of Assignments and Lien Releases adhering to company and industry guidelines.

Additionally, the role serves as a central point of contact for coordinating document-related activities, maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors and government offices to enable efficient, timely and accurate property transactions.

Qualifications Include:
  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ years' experience in foreclosure or mortgage document processing
  • 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan documents
  • Proficient in typing 50+ words per minute
  • Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Good judgement with the ability to evaluate and make decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Customer service/ client orientation with strong execution skills and results orientation
  • Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and consistency
  • Flexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quickly

Compensation
  • The hourly range for this position is between $17.50 to $21.50 hourly
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
