You'll serve as a trusted financial partner to operations, helping leaders make informed decisions that improve performance across the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and profitability
• Analyze labor, material and project costs to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Develop financial models, forecasts and reporting that support strategic decision-making
• Improve visibility into project performance, margins and operational metrics
• Build dashboards and KPIs that provide meaningful business insights
• Strengthen budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline reporting and enhance internal controls
• Lead financial planning activities that influence business decisions - not simply report historical results
• Develop and mentor a finance team while fostering collaboration across departments
• Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance or financial leadership
• 2+ years leading and developing direct reports
• Experience supporting construction, subcontracting, manufacturing, industrial services or another project-based environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel required;
  Power BI, Tableau or other analytics platforms are a plus
• Experience improving financial processes, reporting and operational visibility
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, actionable way
• Collaborative leadership style with the confidence to influence across all levels of the organization
