As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas TX

• Jira/Confluence expertise
• User Stories, Functional, Technical and Epics
• Enterprise Application Development/Implementation background
• Banking Domain required, specifically in Loan Origination or Lending
• Expert Requirements Analysis, Criteria Definition
• Software Development and Applications technical background
• Strong database technology background
• Sanity Testing, QA, Team Leadership

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications;
  Enhanced system productivity, as needed.
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

• Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
