Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional with 8-10 years of experience.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Required Technical Skill Set:
Python, REST APIs, Git Hub, Working with LLMs (GPT, Claude), Prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), AWS - Good to have Technical Skill Set:
Data structures & algorithms, OOP and modular design, CI/CD, Postman / Newman, JMeter - GenAI Strategy & Enablement – Define an enterprise‑ready GenAI framework for development and testing
- Build GenAI solutions using enterprise LLM platforms with attention to cost, latency, and security.
- Implement RAG patterns to ground outputs on requirements, user stories, APIs, configuration, and test repositories; use embeddings/vector search where applicable.
- Lead design and evolution of UI automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress), API automation (Rest Assured/Postman/SoapUI)
- Experience with test frameworks and practices (e.g., BDD where applicable) and testing of REST/SOAP services
- Integration workflows common in Guidewire ecosystems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS used for application deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred
