Location: Onsite 4 days per week, Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas, TX)
How you will make an impactThe Manager, Pricing Strategy & Operations will support the execution and scaling of BSN SPORTS’ enterprise pricing strategy. This role will focus on translating pricing frameworks into actionable tools, insights, and processes that can be adopted by the field sales organization. This individual will play a hands-on role in pricing analytics, sales support, and system enablement—helping ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and continuously improved based on performance data and field feedback.
Responsibilities- Pricing Execution & Support:
Support implementation of pricing frameworks, guardrails, and approval workflows - Pricing Execution & Support:
Monitor pricing performance and identify areas of inconsistency or margin leakage - Pricing Execution & Support:
Help maintain pricing rules, structures, and updates across product categories
- Analytics & Reporting:
Build and maintain pricing dashboards and reporting (discounting, margin, win rates) - Analytics & Reporting:
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support pricing decisions and business questions - Analytics & Reporting:
Identify trends and surface insights to inform pricing improvements
- Sales-Facing Support:
Act as a key partner to Sales and Sales Ops on day-to-day pricing questions - Sales-Facing Support:
Provide guidance on deal pricing within established guardrails - Sales-Facing Support:
Support training and reinforcement of pricing tools and policies - Sales-Facing Support:
Help troubleshoot issues and gather feedback from the field
- Systems & Tools:
Support implementation and enhancement of pricing tools (CPQ, CRM, etc.) - Systems & Tools:
Help translate business needs into system requirements - Systems & Tools:
Assist with testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities
- Segmentation & Deal Analysis:
Support customer segmentation analysis and pricing recommendations - Segmentation & Deal Analysis:
Assist in evaluating deal economics and profitability drivers - Segmentation & Deal Analysis:
Partner with Finance on margin analysis and reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and Technology to support pricing initiatives - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Help drive adoption of pricing processes and tools across the organization
- 5–7 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, analytics, or commercial strategy
- Experience working with data and building insights in Excel, BI tools, or similar; exposure to B2B pricing environments, preferably with large SKU catalogs
- Familiarity with CRM/CPQ systems or pricing tools (hands-on experience preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
