- Must be able to commit to a Hybrid Schedule in which you work from the 4055 Valley View Lane Dallas Texas office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Final schedule will be determined after training.
As a Senior Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be the critical First Point of Contact, providing technical and operational support to two primary groups:
Signify Health's Clinician Network (Providers) and our internal employee base. This role requires a strong 'Customer First' mindset to support our Clinician Network-healthcare professionals (e.g., Nurse Practitioners, Doctors) who use our mobile application for home healthcare services like medical screenings, medication management, and patient information capture. You will report to the Service Desk Supervisor.
- 3+ years of successful experience in Service Desk or Help Desk Support.
- Experience supporting Apple iOS and iPad hardware, as well as Windows 10/11 and related hardware.
- Familiarity with web-based applications and mobile device management tools, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and Workspace One.
- Demonstrated 'Customer First' Mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience utilizing Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Strong written and verbal customer service skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range$18.50 - $35.29
The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
