As a Senior Business System Analyst within PNC’s AMG Tech organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.

• Communicate clearly with both technical and business teams.
• Apply analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills to business projects.
• Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross‑functional applications.
• Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring cost‑effective systems that meet business requirements.
• Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications to enhance system productivity.
• Provide senior‑level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
• Analyze, define, and document client requirements and revise existing systems logic challenges as needed.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional, technical, and data‑mapping requirements while assessing business impact.
• Understand end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, UX/UI principles, system integration, and API‑based solutions.
• Support and execute multiple testing phases, including requirements validation, functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging automation and streamlined workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Participate in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
• Formulate and define the system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
• Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups to improve business results.
• Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed system changes.
• Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.

• Customer Focused – knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk – assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
