Position Overview
As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Digital Payments organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO. The BSA should have hands‑on experience supporting API integrations, including understanding request/response structures, parameter fields, POST operations, and error responses. They should be able to translate business requirements into clear API specifications, validate data mappings, and partner closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure reliable integrations.

- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with proven ability to lead complex projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
- Expertise in system analysis methodologies, indicating data modeling, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Manual testing.
- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross‑functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhanced system productivity, as needed.
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyzes, defines and documents client requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,250.00 – $
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
