We’re looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable Warehouse Technician to join the QSIC Operations team in the US. Our Operations team provides end to end support for QSIC clients - from facilitating delivery of hardware and speakers, to providing ongoing IT support to customers. This role is critical to the success of new QSIC venue deployments, for clients like 7-Eleven.

You’ll be configuring, testing, packaging, shipping, and receiving QSIC devices on site at the warehouse, as well as helping us build structure around these workflows as we grow globally. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with global colleagues located in Australia and Mexico, in teams including Engineering, Sales and Operations.

The role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to working at a global technology company, learn from an experienced onsite manager, and develop their IT support experience.

This position is a 6 month contract position with the opportunity to go full time based on business needs. The role is expected to be on site at QSIC’s warehouse in Farmers Branch, Texas.

• Configure and test equipment including Raspberry Pi devices, PoE switches, PoE speakers, and other hardware (training provided)

• Package and ship equipment to customers across North America

• Receive deliveries, sorting and organizing them into their respective locations
