Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional evenings/weekends

Pay: $52,000-$68,000/year, depending on experience

We're hiring an Inventory Specialist to keep our inventory records accurate and audit-ready. You'll enter, verify, and reconcile inventory transactions across company systems - supporting the accuracy of assets valued in the millions. This is a hands-on, detail-driven data entry and documentation role
, not an analytics, planning, or supply chain management position.

• Enter inventory transactions accurately into company inventory systems
• Update records for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements
• Review inventory reports and flag missing or incorrect data
• Verify inventory documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Support cycle counts with documentation and data entry
• Record adjustments as directed by management
• Research basic discrepancies and report findings
• Maintain organized electronic and paper inventory files
• Prepare routine inventory reports and spreadsheets
• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with record updates

• 2+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, data entry, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and inventory/ERP software
• High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
• Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
• Ability to work on-site in Farmers Branch, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, or related field a plus (not required)

• Experience with cycle counts or physical inventory audits
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or CPG supply chain
