Job Description SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes ensuring quality move-in processes, resident satisfaction, timely service, and personal attention to residents.
The Maintenance Supervisor responds to resident service requests and plays a key role in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service.
EssentialJob Duties
CPO (if required), EPA 608 Type II minimum.
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
Work is performed in a professional office environment with travel between properties, often in varying weather conditions.
Physical DemandsMust be able to stand, walk, ascend/descend stairs, and lift objects up to 100 pounds as needed. Travel up to 10% may be required.
