Five Star Ford Carrollton, a reputable automotive dealership, is seeking a dynamic, reliable, detail‑oriented Custodian to join our team and help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.
Position OverviewThe Custodian is responsible for keeping parts department areas clean, organized, and presentable, including customer areas, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. This role is essential to ensuring a positive experience for customers and maintaining a safe workplace for employees.

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the dealership
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in the service department, including sweeping and organizing
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and restroom products
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
- Report repairs, safety hazards, or facility issues to management
- Ensure cleanliness of the dealership’s exterior entrances and walkways
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and must complete pre‑employment screening
