Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Shift: Monday–Friday (Some Nights & Weekends)

Pay: $60,000-$65,000/year
Depending on Experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of digital-first marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and local store performance. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who actively leverages AI-powered tools to accelerate content production, automate workflows, and extract actionable insights from campaign data
. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital execution skills with national brand marketing experience
, bringing a sophisticated understanding of how to scale campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across markets. Flexibility is key, as the role may include additional marketing responsibilities beyond digital initiatives, based on evolving business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience supporting or executing national brand marketing campaigns (retail, franchise, QSR, or CPG preferred)
• Proficiency in social media strategy, digital analytics, and content management systems
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and creative production workflows

PREFERRED

• Experience in franchise or multi-location retail environments
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in digital marketing workflows (portfolio examples welcome)
• Understanding of how to localize national campaigns for regional/local market activation
• Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads certifications
