Lead Generation Specialist

• Execute daily outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, Linked In, and other approved channels

• Meet or exceed activity expectations, including daily outreach touches and weekly qualified meetings set

• Follow a defined multi-touch outreach cadence while tailoring messaging to each prospect and industry vertical

• Research target organizations and identify appropriate decision-makers and key stakeholders

• Conduct initial discovery regarding prospect customer volume, current processes, existing providers, and fit with Move Concierge

• Build interest in Move Concierge’s services and secure introductory meetings for the Partnerships team

• Maintain timely and consistent prospect follow-up

• Document outreach, prospect information, and next steps accurately in the CRM

• Keep prospect records and opportunity stages current for reporting and forecasting

• Collaborate with Partnerships leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, targeting, and outreach strategies

• Share market feedback and recurring prospect objections to improve the company’s sales approach

• Represent Move Concierge professionally and create a strong first impression with prospective partners

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sales, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 0–3 years’ experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, and/or high-volume outbound prospecting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging executives and senior decision-makers
• Persistent, resilient, and relationship-oriented, with a professional approach that avoids being overly aggressive or transactional
• Highly organized and disciplined in managing a large prospect pipeline, follow-up activities, and structured sales processes
• Coachable, competitive, and results-driven, with the ability to personalize outreach while staying focused on measurable goals
• Familiarity with real estate, insurance, home building, mortgage, title, or other housing-related industries is helpful but not required
• Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce, and sales-engagement platform preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must reside or soon reside in the DFW Metroplex within 60 miles

Demonstrates strong outbound prospecting capabilities through effective communication and relationship-building skills, while utilizing CRM tools for accurate documentation and reporting. Possesses a results-driven mindset with the ability to tailor outreach strategies to engage decision-makers in various industries.
